Three-stage rubber layering design

First, the base rubber adopts a special rubber formula with a hardness of more than Shaw A85 to ensure a close combination with the steel ring. This design not only enhances the rigidity of the tire, but also significantly improves the deformation resistance, fundamentally eliminates the risk of slipping, and ensures safety under high load and complex working conditions.
Secondly, the middle rubber layer forms a honeycomb buffer structure through nano-foaming technology, which can effectively absorb the impact energy during vehicle operation. Click structure design

This design realizes the functions of "one-click installation" and "self-locking sealing" through the precise card groove on the inner wall of the tire and the raised structure of the rim, which is easy to operate and efficient. In the extreme temperature range (-20℃ to 120℃), the design can still maintain more than 99% of the sealing, ensuring the reliability of the tire in various environments.

Widened section and drum structure
